About Me
I’m a true Southern Georgia peach, a toddler mom, and a military spouse who recently relocated to Nebraska and is still adjusting to life in the Midwest. Family is at the center of everything I do, and when I’m not working, you’ll likely find me cooking (pasta and wine are always a good choice—thanks to my Sicilian roots), traveling when I can, or enjoying a quiet moment with a good book.
I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in family medicine, passionate about providing thoughtful, individualized care that meets patients where they are.
My Approach to Care
I take a highly individualized, patient-centered approach to healthcare. I’m not a provider who pushes medications unless they are truly necessary. Instead, I focus on understanding the whole person and working toward long-term health and sustainability.
My practice blends traditional and functional medicine, with an emphasis on root causes rather than symptom suppression. I believe lifestyle factors such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and sunlight are just as powerful as medications when it comes to healing and prevention.
