Hi, I’m Cheyenne, a Level 2 Usui Reiki practitioner and a budding herbalist. After years of living with chronic pain that traditional medicine couldn’t explain, I discovered holistic healing while traveling abroad. Experiencing the power of healing that addresses the root cause, rather than just the symptoms changed everything for me. That journey inspired me to bring the same, whole-person focused, care to others. So you can feel supported, grounded, and truly seen in your healing.
My Approach
I offer a restorative, whole-person approach that blends Reiki energy healing with a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal. In each session, I begin with an intuitive scan to identify areas of blocked or stagnant energy. From there, I channel Reiki to help calm the nervous system, restore balance, and support emotional, physical, and energetic healing.

Populations I Work With
Reiki is for everyone, but I most often work with women ages 25+ who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves. My clients are often seeking a safe, nurturing space to rest, release, and begin healing in a way that feels gentle and supportive.

I’m an oldest sibling of six, so nurturing others comes naturally to me. I love traveling, learning, and spending time in nature connecting with the earth. I’m deeply empathetic and endlessly curious, and I believe healing is an ongoing journey that we don’t have to walk alone. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me reading, practicing self-care rituals, or enjoying quiet moments outside with my pets.

This 30-minute Reiki session offers a focused and effective reset for your mind and body. After a brief intuitive energy scan, you’ll receive targeted Reiki to address specific areas of tension or imbalance. Though shorter in length, this session still provides a powerful calming effect, helping to clear energetic blockages and support your body’s natural healing process. Ideal for those short on time or new to Reiki, it’s a great way to restore balance and reconnect with yourself.
