Hi there! I'm Ted, and I believe some of the most meaningful moments of healing happen when we finally give ourselves permission to slow down.
Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a lifelong musician, I've spent years exploring vocal performance, learning different instruments, and experiencing firsthand the incredible ways sound and vibration can affect how we feel. Over time, that passion grew into a deeper curiosity about the connection between sound, energy, mindfulness, and our overall well-being.
That curiosity eventually led me to Vibrational Sound Therapy, Reiki, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). While each of these practices offers something different, they all share something I find incredibly valuable: the opportunity to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves.
I believe healing isn't a destination or something we need to rush toward. It's an ongoing process of listening, learning, and remaining open to new possibilities. Sometimes that means finding a moment of peace in the middle of a chaotic week. Other times, it means exploring deeper questions about ourselves, our experiences, and the patterns that shape our lives.
Whether you're coming in for a sound therapy session, Reiki, QHHT, or joining one of my community sound baths, my hope is that you'll find a welcoming space where you can let go of expectations, get curious, and simply be.
Forever exploring. Forever learning.
My approach starts with a simple idea: you don't always have to be doing something to experience something meaningful.
We spend so much of our lives moving from one responsibility to the next that slowing down can feel surprisingly unfamiliar. My goal is to create an environment where you can step away from the noise, settle into the present moment, and explore what relaxation and connection look like for you.
I incorporate sound, vibration, energy-based practices, and guided experiences depending on the type of session we're sharing.
With Vibrational Sound Therapy, I use therapeutic sound and vibration to encourage relaxation and create an opportunity for the body and mind to unwind. My background in music influences how I work with rhythm, resonance, and the immersive qualities of sound.
Reiki sessions offer a quieter, more meditative experience centered on intentional presence and relaxation.
QHHT takes a different approach. Through guided hypnosis, we'll explore a deeply relaxed state where you may experience personal insights, memories, patterns, or answers to questions you've been carrying. I'm not there to interpret your experience or tell you what it means. My role is to guide the process and create a supportive environment where you can explore your own inner awareness.
No two people experience these modalities in exactly the same way, and I think that's part of what makes this work so interesting. There's no pressure to have a particular experience or achieve a specific outcome.
Come as you are. We'll start there.
People come to see me for all kinds of reasons. Some are looking for a little peace and quiet. Others are curious about energy work, sound therapy, or exploring their inner world through hypnosis.
You don't need to have experience with any of these practices to get started. Curiosity is more than enough.

Professional Background
I'm a lifelong musician with experience in vocal training, multiple instruments, and live performance. My musical background continues to shape my understanding of sound, rhythm, resonance, and vibration, all of which influence the experiences I create for clients.
I continue to explore the intersections of sound, energy, mindfulness, and human potential, bringing that same curiosity and commitment to learning into my work.
I welcome individuals from all walks of life who are interested in relaxation, mindfulness, self-exploration, and complementary wellness practices.
Whether you're completely new to sound therapy and energy work or have been exploring these practices for years, you're welcome here.
You don't need to share a particular spiritual belief or have any previous experience with these modalities. I respect that everyone brings their own perspectives, experiences, and reasons for seeking out this work.
At The 402 Collective, my goal is to offer a comfortable, inclusive environment where you feel supported in exploring whatever brings you through the door.
Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do for ourselves is simply make space to slow down and listen.
