Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy-based practice designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, and a greater sense of balance.
During a session, you remain fully clothed while your practitioner uses light touch or hands held just above the body. There is nothing you need to do or achieve—this is simply a space to slow down, settle in, and receive.
Some people come to Reiki during times of stress, grief, transition, or emotional overwhelm. Others simply enjoy it as a deeply relaxing part of their wellness routine.

What Is Reiki?
Reiki originated in Japan and is based on the practice of working with subtle energy through gentle, intentional touch.
Experiences vary from person to person. You may notice warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release, or simply a sense of stillness. Some people feel very little during the session and still find the experience restorative.
Reiki is intended to complement—not

Reiki May Support
Relaxation and stress reduction
A sense of calm and grounding
Emotional well-being
Rest during periods of change or grief
Mind-body awareness
Creating intentional time for yourself
You do not need to hold any particular spiritual or religious beliefs to receive Reiki.

What to Expect
Your session begins with a brief conversation about what you're hoping to receive from your time together.
You'll then relax comfortably on a treatment table, fully clothed. Your practitioner may place their hands gently on or slightly above different areas of the body while you rest.
Sessions are quiet, unhurried, and tailored to your comfort.

Distance Reiki with Cheyenne
Reiki doesn't have to happen in the same physical space. Cheyenne offers distance Reiki for those who prefer to receive a session from the comfort of home or aren't able to come into the office.
Like an in-person session, distance Reiki provides intentional time to slow down, rest, and reconnect—wherever you are.

Meet Our Reiki Practitioners
Reiki at The 402 Collective is offered by Nina, Cheyenne, and Theo, each bringing their own presence and approach to the experience.
Whether you're drawn to a particular practitioner or simply looking for a quiet space to reset, you're welcome to choose the experience that feels right for you.
You don't need experience with Reiki—or even know exactly what you believe about energy work—to book a session. You can come curious. You can come tired. You can come needing a quiet hour where nobody expects anything from you. We'll meet you there.
