How much pressure do you use?
Every massage is customized. We can adjust pressure anywhere from light relaxation to deep therapeutic work based on your comfort level.
Do I have to completely undress?
Only to your comfort level. You'll remain professionally draped throughout your session, with only the area being worked on uncovered.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever feels comfortable. If you're scheduled for Thai Massage, loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.
How often should I get a massage?
That depends on your goals. Some people benefit from monthly maintenance, while others experiencing chronic pain or recovering from injury may choose more frequent sessions.
We believe healing should be accessible to everyone. That's why we've created an environment where people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities can feel comfortable receiving care. Our spacious, supportive treatment tables are designed to accommodate a wide range of body types and adjust to meet your comfort needs, so you can focus less on the logistics and more on simply taking a deep breath and letting go.
