PSYCHOTHERAPY & MENTAL HEALTH

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, a major transition, or simply feeling stuck, psychotherapy offers a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and move toward meaningful change.

At The 402 Collective, we believe mental health is an essential part of whole-person wellness. Our therapists provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you are.

A Place to Feel Heard, Supported & Empowered

How Psychotherapy Can Help

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Grief and loss
  • Relationship challenges
  • Burnout
  • Life transitions
  • Neurodiversity, including ADHD

Everyone Is Welcome Here

We are proud to provide an affirming, inclusive space for the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone seeking a place where they can feel safe, seen, and supported.

Whether you've spent your life feeling a little different, are exploring your identity, or simply want a place where you don't have to hide parts of yourself, you'll find a place where you are

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy provides a private, supportive space to work through challenges, develop new insights, and build practical tools for daily life.

Whether you're seeking support through a difficult season or exploring longer-term patterns, your therapist will work collaboratively with you to create care that reflects your goals, values, and pace.

Trauma-Informed Care

Healing from trauma looks different for everyone.

Our therapists use trauma-informed approaches that prioritize safety, trust, collaboration, and choice. You'll never be pressured to move faster than feels right. Instead, therapy is designed to help you build stability, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels supportive and empowering.

In-Person & Telehealth Appointments

We offer both in-person and secure telehealth appointments, making it easier to access care wherever you are. Whether you prefer the comfort of your own home or the connection of meeting in person, we're committed to providing flexible options that fit your life.

Insurance

We are in-network with most major commercial insurance plans. At this time, we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or some specialty insurance plans. Insurance coverage varies by plan. Our team can help verify your benefits before your first appointment.

What to Expect

Your first appointment is an opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, discuss your concerns, and explore what you hope to gain from the experience.

Together, you and your therapist will create a personalized plan that reflects your needs and goals. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process, and your comfort, voice, and preferences remain central throughout your care.

Finding the Right Therapist

The relationship you build with your therapist matters. We encourage you to learn more about each provider's experience, specialties, and approach to find someone who feels like the right fit.

Our therapists are currently in high demand, and some maintain a small waitlist. Availability changes regularly, so we welcome you to reach out. Our team can help you explore current openings, join a waitlist, or connect with another provider who may fit your needs.

Ready to Begin?

Reaching out is often the hardest step. Whether you're looking for support through a difficult season or ready to invest in your long-term well-being, we're here to help you explore the next step.

Ready to Take the First Step? Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to do it alone. Reach out to learn about current availability, ask questions, or find the therapist who's the best fit for you. Bonus: If you meet with Kendra, you'll also get to say hello to Juju, our unofficial Director of Emotional Support (and professional treat enthusiast).
